Rather than migrating, it is preferred to re-launch the Talkable integration in your new store. To do so, you can follow the steps outlined below.
Remove the Talkable integration from the old store.
You can find Talkable integration scripts by searching for talkableq and d2jj keywords in the <head /> tag of every page and thank you page.Update the Site URL in Talkable Site settings which can be found in the hamburger menu dropdown under “All Site Settings” upon logging in to Talkable admin
Use Standard, Shopify or GTM integration guides to begin the integration on your new store
Use this guide to recreate all standalone landing pages on your site that host Talkable campaigns. In sum, you’ll need to add a page for the campaign with the same URL as before, and then add a Talkable container to the HTML of the page.
Note: be sure to notify the Talkable team in case you have any customizations in your setup (eg. webhooks/apps) that require additional support
To test that everything works, create a test Floating Widget campaign (under “Campaigns” -> “+ New Campaign”) and preview it by clicking on the link shown below
