Yes. If the Talkable integration disappeared, we have a notification email arriving to technical contact emails. Please reach out to your Customer Success Team to ensure the feature is enabled for your site.
This option is switched On by default for all focused sites with active campaigns. In case something goes wrong, you will see it on time.
Note: This option is switched off by default for all Lite sites.
To check who your tech contact email who’ll receive the notification, please go to All site settings >> Notifications >> Technical contact email:
If you are technical support and are added to tech@ email, you will receive an email that would notify you if the Talkable integration suddenly disappeared on the focused sites.
Note: there can be only one email in the field.
