- Open an order page.
- Copy ID at the end of the URL https://admin.shopify.com/store/slow-wave-0f67/orders/5676692242649. For such URL, it’s 5676692242649
- Open Talkable → Purchase Report
- Using this order number, search for the order. If not found, please search by email.
- For batch reconciliation, please export Shopify orders in CSV; you can find both shorter and longer order number versions in the fields of this CSV (shorter is “Name,” longer id is “Id”)
