Check the purchases that Talkable is registering in the Purchases report and compare the purchases in there to the purchases in your e-commerce platform during the same time period (for example, the past three days) to verify the numbers match. Also, we would recommend making a test purchase and verifying that Talkable’s Post-Purchase campaign is fired (if you have one). Once this is done, check your email in the Purchases report to make sure it shows there too.
