How can I test the Talkable referral customer journey from beginning to end from both an Advocate’s and Friend’s perspective? Print

The best way to see the entire referral flow is to click on the Preview tab in any campaign. Alternatively, you can create a test offer in your desired campaign and go through the flow from there.

Note: The system may detect you as a self-referral based on your fraud settings, so you’ll need to use two completely separate emails/devices/etc. To do this properly in that case.
