You can turn off sharing options by following these steps:
1. Click on the Campaign
2. Navigate to Editor tab:
3. Select the Advocate share page view preset:
4. Click on Configuration tab:
5. Find the sharing option that you’d like to disable, switch it to “Disabled”
6. Save the changes
