If you’d like to remove this checkbox from the pages, you need:
1. Open Campaign
2. Navigate to Editor tab
3. Select Advocate Signup Page/Friend Claim Page
4. Go to Configuration tab
5. Disable the opt-in checkbox:
6. Save Changes
