How can I find the coupon codes that were issued but not redeemed? Print

If you'd like to get the list of the codes that were issued but not redeemed yet, you need:

1. Go to All Reports

2. Navigate to 'Coupon Lists' report

3. Choose the list that you’re interested in

4. Set filter 'Issued - Yes'

5. Set filter 'Redeemed - No'

6. Click 'Submit'
