In order to avoid cases like this, you should blacklist the Advocate from within Customer service portal by looking up their email and clicking Blacklist on their profile. You can also add their email to the list of blacklisted emails manually by clicking the Blacklist tab on the left. 


You should also update the following items in your Fraud Settings:


 

1. Limit the # of Advocate Referral Incentive rewards each Advocate can get in 30 days. 


2. Limit the # of Advocate Referral Incentive rewards each Advocate can get totally. 


3. Limit the # of Friend Incentive rewards that can be issued from the single Advocate Offer (note, that it is from 1 campaign).
