Yes, they do! For example, if an advocate sends an email to 3 friends and all 3 friends complete a purchase, the advocate would receive 3 rewards. Note: this would be a rare case since it's not typical that each friend an advocate shares with ends up converting.
On average, about 25-30% of advocates redeem their referral reward.
