Go to Campaign rules.
Find the Liquid criteria field in the Extra block.
Add {% if gleam_reward.incentive.for_friend %} true {% endif %} if you want to show the Gleam for Friends only;
or {% if gleam_reward.incentive.for_advocate %} true {% endif %} if you want to show the Gleam for Advocates only.
