The Advocate offer email is sent to customers who saw the referral campaign Post-Purchase but didn't share. To set up this type of email, please do the following:
Go to the Post Purchase campaign & switch to HTML/CSS Editor. Click on the page switcher and select ‘Create New View’.
Select ‘Advocate Offer Email’ as a View Type and click ‘Create’.
If you’d like to set up a sending delay click ‘Extra’ and set the number of hours for delay (we recommend 7 days/168 hours).
Go to the HTML section. Find the link, where you need to add the traffic source (i.e. Advocate Offer Email) by searching for tkbl_expand=true" (you’ll find two cases to make changes):
By default, you’ll see the URL href="{{ site_setup.url }}?tkbl_expand=true" that opens up the widget. If you don’t have it, or it’s restricted to specific pages, use your Standalone placement instead.
Example: href="{{ site_setup.url }}/pages/share"
Don’t forget to add a traffic_source at the end of the URL to be able to track where the impressions are coming from.
For example: {{ site_setup.url }}/share?traffic_source=advocate_offer_emailGo to Easy Editor to update the copy, and the image, if needed.
Click on the page switcher (as shown below) and enable the Advocate Offer Email by toggling it to “on”.
