The Friend reward paid email is sent to Friends when who have redeemed their codes that they have not yet used. You can send them a reminder that they have an unused discount code.
Go to the campaign Editor and switch to the HTML & CSS view in the upper right corner
Click on the page switcher and select ‘Create New View’.
Select ‘Friend reward Paid Email’ as the View Type and click ‘Create’. Note, leave the disabled box checked to prevent the email from sending before it’s properly composed (with copy, images, design). You’ll be able to activate it once everything is set up.
If you’d like to set up a sending delay click ‘Extra’ and set the number of hours for the delay. By default, it is sent right after a friend claims their code.
Go to ‘Editor’ and update the copy and image, if needed.
Click on the page switcher and enable the Friend Reward Paid Email by toggling it to “on”.
