By default, your emails will be sent from brand-name@p2p.talkable.com for "Share Emails", from brand-name@offers.talkable.com for other emails, and from your Customer Service email for reward emails. Your customer service email can be configured under “Site Settings” → “Notifications”.

Setting up web and email custom domains is our best practice 
to create a more personalized campaign approach by branding your email sending address (e.g.: use brandname.com instead of generic brandname@p2p.talkable.com). These can be set up under "custom domains" which populates DNS records that the brand can add on their end.


How to set this up:

  1. Choose your subdomain
  2. Go to All site settings Custom domains
  3. Follow instructions by pressing the “Set up email domain” button
