To check that, please:

  1. Check if you have Signup checkboxes "Subscribe to our newsletters" on the Signup page.



  2. Then go to All site settings.

  3. Go to the App store to check if you have enabled ESP integration between Talkable and your provider.

  1. Click the app and check the integration status. The integration should be active and the Sync email opt-ins trigger is on. You can also check the sending information in the Payload attributes -

  2. If you have no app integration with your ESP, you might have it set up via webhooks.

  3. To check this go to the Webhooks menu under All site settings and check if you have Offer and Claim page webhooks.


If you don’t have either app integration or webhooks, Talkable does not transfer opt-ins to your ESP even if the checkbox is present (Talkable will save all opt-ins in the People report for manual down- and upload).
