The recorded video must be up to 100 MB and take no longer than 1 minute in duration. For uploaded content, up to 200 MB MP4, MOV, WEBM, QUICKTIME, and OGG files are acceptable. You can only record a video in a vertical position. If you upload a file from your phone, the position doesn’t matter.
